The modern, upmarket resort of Jandia, which lies on the southeast tip of the island, is sandwiched between barren hills and a fabulous coastline. The spectacular beach seems to stretch on forever. As with anywhere on this island, it's a paradise for beach lovers with sunbathing, reading, relaxing and the occasional swim.

The sands of Jandia follow the coast for an 32 km. The costal breezes make them a brilliant choice for windsurfers, while the calm, waters make it popular with families.
